We provide fully insured international express delivery, prepaid customs duties, and end-to-end tracking on every order.

We offer Complimentary Worldwide DDP Express Shipping with Zero Minimum Order Value on all orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and worldwide. Every luminaire includes complimentary door-to-door express delivery with prepaid customs duties and import taxes (DDP)—zero hidden fees at checkout or delivery.

2. Delivery Timeline & Transit SLA (10–14 Business Days)

Each luminaire undergoes strict bench testing and electrical inspection prior to dispatch. Our standard delivery timeline comprises:

• Order Processing & Bench Testing: 2–5 business days (custom Pantone colors or bespoke drop lengths require 5–8 business days).
• International Air Express Transit: 7–9 business days via DHL Express, FedEx Priority, or UPS Air.
• Total Estimated Delivery Window: 10–14 business days from order confirmation to carrier delivery.
