1. Online Store Terms & Capacity

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our fixtures or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to electrical building codes and copyright statutes).

2. General Commercial Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for legitimate commercial reasons at any time. You understand that your content (not including payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Payment information is always tokenized and encrypted under Level 1 PCI DSS standards.

3. Natural Materials & Artisanal Variations

JINSHE fixtures incorporate genuine natural and handcrafted materials:

• Spanish Alabaster & Travertine: Natural veining, subtle translucent color shifts, and crystalline variations are intrinsic characteristics of authentic quarried stone, not manufacturing defects. No two alabaster pendants are identical.
• Handmade Paper & Blown Glass: Organic fiber textures, minor air bubbles, and artisanal glass thickness variations reflect genuine master craftsmanship.
• Fixture dimensions are stated within industry standard manufacturing tolerances (±0.5 inches).

4. Modifications to Products & Pricing

Prices for our luminaires are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any model or bespoke service specification without prior liability.

5. Bespoke Fabrication & B2B Trade Contracts

Certain oversized chandeliers, custom Pantone fixtures, and commercial contract orders are fabricated to order. Written trade quotations provided to verified architects and interior designers remain valid for 30 calendar days from issuance.

6. Billing Accuracy & Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order placed with us. In the event of order cancellation, notification will be dispatched to the email or billing address provided at checkout, with an immediate 100% refund issued.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All brand marks, trademarks, luminaire designs, architectural photographs, 3D spatial models, and written editorial content published on jinshehome.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Arden Lume LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial redistribution, or digital scraping is strictly prohibited.

8. Professional Electrical Installation & Safety Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in our 3-Year Warranty, all fixtures are provided "as is". High-voltage lighting fixtures (110V–240V) must be installed by a licensed, certified master electrician in accordance with local building and electrical safety codes. JINSHE is not liable for structural damage or injuries resulting from improper electrical wiring, ceiling load failure, or uncertified installation.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Arden Lume LLC, our directors, craftsmen, affiliates, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our fixtures. Our maximum aggregate liability shall under all circumstances be strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the specific fixture giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any commercial agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.
