At JINSHE (jinshehome.com), we partner with premium global freight forwarders to provide highly secure, fully trackable, and insured delivery services for customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Due to the high-end materials (such as heavy brass, custom alabaster, and fragile glass) used in our sculptural lighting fixtures, every parcel is prepared with museum-grade thick pearl-foam cushioning and high-durability Integrated Heavy-Duty Protective Packaging to ensure your lighting arrives in flawless condition.

1. Shipping Availability

  • Covered destinations: JINSHE currently serves customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
  • DDP shipping method: All orders to the United States, Canada, and Australia are shipped as DDP Free Shipping (Duties & Taxes Included). JINSHE coordinates export documentation, international transport, customs clearance, and all applicable duty handling — no additional import fees are charged at delivery.
  • Return shipping costs: Change-of-mind returns must be shipped back to our China warehouse at the customer's expense . Defective/damaged items: JINSHE covers all return shipping. Pre-paid DDP duties are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
  • No surprise courier duty invoices: Orders processed under the checkout DDP shipping method should not require separate import-duty, customs-clearance, or brokerage payments to the courier on delivery. If a carrier contacts you about an unexpected duty or tax invoice, contact JINSHE before paying so our support team can review the shipment.

2. Handling & Transit Times

All JINSHE lighting fixtures undergo quality control, fixture safety review, and packaging inspection before being packed in high-durability Integrated Heavy-Duty Protective Packaging for dispatch.

  • Handling / Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days (incorporating quality control, safety testing, and custom protective packaging reinforcement).
  • Transit Time (United States, Canada & Australia): 7 to 14 business days via premium air express couriers (DHL / FedEx / UPS / Dedicated Express Lines).

*Please note: Transit times do not include force majeure delays and may vary if additional project coordination or specification review is required before dispatch.*

3. Dispatch Location

All JINSHE luxury orders are safely packed and dispatched from our primary global manufacturing and logistics center:
