Due to the high-end materials (such as heavy brass, custom alabaster, and delicate hand-woven paper) used in our architectural lighting fixtures, every parcel is prepared with museum-grade thick pearl-foam cushioning and high-durability Integrated Heavy-Duty Protective Packaging to ensure your lighting arrives in flawless condition.

1. Free Shipping & Destinations

  • Covered Destinations: We offer FREE Standard Express Shipping & Delivery on all orders shipped to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom, as well as other major global destinations.
  • Taxes & Duties Included (DDP): We are pleased to provide a seamless Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) experience for all orders. All prices shown on jinshehome.com are inclusive of all import duties, custom clearances, local VAT, and import taxes. JINSHE handles all export declarations, international transport, customs clearance, and duty payments on your behalf. You will not be charged any extra customs fees, brokerage fees, or courier tax invoices upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the absolute final price.

2. Handling & Transit Times

All JINSHE lighting fixtures undergo an extensive 100% safe electric test and strict quality inspection before being packed in high-durability Integrated Heavy-Duty Protective Packaging for dispatch.

  • Handling / Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days (incorporating quality control, safety testing, and custom protective packaging reinforcement).
  • Transit Time (USA, Canada, UK & Australia): 7 to 14 business days via premium air express couriers (DHL / FedEx / UPS / Dedicated Express Lines).
  • Transit Time (Rest of the World): 10 to 20 business days.

3. Dual Warehouse Fulfillment Network & Dispatch

To ensure optimal delivery speed and custom craftsmanship, JINSHE operates a direct-to-consumer dual-fulfillment network:

  • US Fulfillment Center (Sheridan, WY): Select ready-to-ship items and domestic returns are managed and dispatched directly from our US facility.
  • Global Artisanal Workshop (Zhongshan, Guangdong, China): Custom, made-to-order, and handcrafted architectural lighting fixtures (alabaster, Murano glass, brass) are dispatched directly from our dedicated crafting workshops in Zhongshan, China.

Regardless of dispatch origin, all orders are shipped 100% Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) with zero additional customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.
