What is Covered & Claims Process
- Covered: Factory material defects, premature LED failure, flickering transformer units, and structural hardware deformation under normal indoor residential/commercial usage.
- Natural Variations (Not Defects): Minor natural mineral veining in Spanish Alabaster or Travertine, subtle fiber variations in Mulberry Washi paper, and handcrafted glass bubbles are intrinsic hallmarks of authentic artisan craft.
- Exclusions: Improper electrical installation (exceeding specified voltage), accidental drops after installation, or unauthorized physical modifications.
3-Step Simple Claim Procedure:
1. Email your Order ID (e.g. #JS1028) along with 1–2 photos or a short video of the issue to info@jinshehome.com.
2. Our master electrical engineer will diagnose the case within 12–24 business hours.
3. Replacement modular parts (or full replacement unit) are dispatched with tracking provided immediately.
