1. Electrical & Compatibility
Are your fixtures compatible with my country's voltage?
Yes. All JINSHE lighting fixtures are designed and engineered to operate globally. They are fully compatible with 110V - 240V electrical systems, seamlessly supporting installations in the United States, Canada, Australia, the UK, and Europe without the need for external transformers.
Are your lights dimmable?
Yes. The majority of our fixtures support dimming. For LED integrated fixtures, we provide TRIAC/Phase-cut dimmable drivers. For fixtures requiring external bulbs (e.g., E26/E27, G9), simply use dimmable bulbs and a compatible wall dimmer switch.
2. Bespoke Customization
Can I request a longer suspension cord or downrod?
Absolutely. We understand that high ceilings and unique architectural spaces require tailored solutions. Please leave a note in your cart before checkout specifying your desired length, or contact our Concierge Team within 24 hours of placing your order. Standard extensions up to 150cm (59") are provided complimentary.
Can the ceiling canopy be customized for sloped ceilings?
Many of our chandeliers come with a sloped ceiling adapter by default. For specific models, please consult the product specifications or reach out to us to confirm compatibility with vaulted or angled ceilings.
3. Shipping & Taxes
What are your delivery times?
As each piece undergoes rigorous quality control and careful assembly, processing typically takes 3-7 business days. Delivery to North America and Australia takes approximately 5-10 business days via our expedited logistics partners (FedEx/DHL/UPS).
Will I have to pay customs duties?
To provide a seamless experience, all orders to the United States and Australia are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means we cover all import duties and taxes—the price you see at checkout is final. For the rest of the world, orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and the recipient is responsible for any local import taxes.
4. Installation & Care
Do I need a professional to install the lighting?
For safety and to preserve your 3-Year Warranty, we strictly require all hardwired lighting fixtures to be installed by a licensed and certified electrician. Ensure the main power is disconnected prior to installation.
How should I clean my fixture?
To maintain the integrity of our premium finishes (such as brushed brass or alabaster), gently wipe the fixture with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Strictly avoid using abrasive chemical cleaners, glass cleaners, or water, as they will compromise the protective lacquer and tarnish the metals.
