At JINSHE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury lighting purchase. We stand behind our exquisite materials and craftsmanship by offering a premium 30-Day Refund & Return Guarantee.

1. 30-Day Window to Return

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the lighting fixture must be unused, uninstalled, never wired or cut, with all parts intact, and in its original premium packaging.
  • Returns that show signs of installation (wire-trimming, scratches from hardware mounting) or are missing original packaging will not be accepted.

2. Return Process & Fees

  • How to Initiate: Email us at info@jinshehome.com with your Order Number and photos of the unused product in its package.
  • Return Address: Once your request is authorized, our team will provide the exact shipping instructions to our centralized warehouse: 8F, Huihong Science and Technology Park, Lefeng 1st Road, Henglan Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, 528478, China.
  • Shipping Costs:
  • Change of Mind / Non-Quality Returns: The customer is responsible for booking and paying for the return shipping with a trackable courier service back to our warehouse in Zhongshan, China. JINSHE does not cover return freight for non-defective orders. Estimated return shipping cost: .
  • Defective / Quality Claims: JINSHE will provide a prepaid return shipping label or cover all shipping fees.
  • Customs & Duties on Returns: In the event of an approved return, any import duties pre-paid on your behalf by JINSHE at delivery are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

3. Damaged / Broken on Arrival (Special Lighting Policy)

Glass and crystal lighting components are delicate. While we pack with strict Integrated Heavy-Duty Protective Packaging, courier damage can occasionally occur.

  • Our Guarantee: If any part of your lighting fixture (e.g., glass shades, crystals, rods) arrives broken or chipped, JINSHE will ship a 100% free replacement component immediately.
  • Action Required: You must inspect your parcel and report any visible transit damages to info@jinshehome.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the outer box shipping label.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our Zhongshan warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days.
