Every architectural fixture undergoes strict 4-hour burn-in testing, electrical grounding verification, and custom-molded high-density protective packaging before carrier handover.

10–14 Days Air Delivery

Dispatched via dedicated express air lanes (FedEx, UPS, DHL) with end-to-end milestone tracking directly to your doorstep across North America, Europe (excluding the UK due to customs regulations), and Australia.

100% DDP Pre-Paid

All import tariffs, customs clearance brokerage fees, and destination VAT/GST are 100% pre-paid by JINSHE. Guaranteed zero unexpected customs bills upon arrival.

1. Dual-Fulfillment Operational Architecture

Global Craftsmanship Workshop (Zhongshan, Guangdong, China): Made-to-order, custom alabaster, Murano glass, brass castings, and washi paper lamps are assembled, safety-tested, and dispatched directly from our dedicated atelier in Zhongshan.
US Logistics Center (Sheridan, WY): Select ready-to-ship lighting pieces, modular LED replacement parts, and domestic return inspections are handled from our facility in Sheridan, Wyoming.
Handcrafted Quality Priority: We prioritize structural perfection, electrical safety, and flawless finish over rushed warehouse handling.

2. Shipping Methods, Timelines & Carrier Partners

Complimentary Air Express (Standard): 10 to 14 business days door-to-door for the United States, Canada, Australia, and European Union destinations.
Dedicated Ocean Freight (Oversized Crates & Projects): 4 to 6 weeks door-to-door for grand architectural chandeliers and commercial project consignments.
Milestone Tracking: Real-time courier tracking numbers are generated and emailed within 24 hours of courier pickup.

3. Order Modification & Cancellation Windows

72-Hour Cancellation Rule: Orders may be cancelled for a 100% full refund within 72 hours of purchase, provided the fixture has not yet entered courier transit.
48-Hour Address Modification: Address corrections are processed free of charge before shipment handover. Please contact info@jinshehome.com immediately.
Transit Lock: Once dispatched and physically enclosed inside air freight containers, shipments cannot be intercepted or recalled mid-transit.

4. Geographic Boundaries & Delivery Guarantees

Supported Global Destinations: United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, European Union (excluding the UK) (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, etc.), Japan, Singapore, and South Korea. All consignments shipped to these destinations are 100% Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) with zero customs surcharges upon delivery.
Restricted Destinations: We do not ship to active conflict zones, APO/FPO military addresses, or PO Boxes (international freight couriers require physical street addresses for delicate, heavy architectural consignments).
Transit Damage Guarantee: If an item arrives damaged in transit, we dispatch an expedited replacement at zero cost to you (see Refund Policy).
90-Day Delivery Guarantee: If an order fails to arrive within 90 calendar days from dispatch, JINSHE will issue a 100% full refund immediately or dispatch a new replacement.
