The stone is heavy, so I appreciated the heavy-gauge steel mounting plate and twist-lock mechanism. Took my electrician less than 20 minutes to install. Packaging was flawless.
Deducting one star only because the mounting hardware instructions could be slightly clearer given how heavy natural Spanish alabaster is. Take your time setting up the ceiling junction box before lifting the brass canopy. Once wired up, though? Absolutely breathtaking. We installed the 15.7-inch size in our primary bedroom with 8.5-foot ceilings. I was worried it might hang too low, but the drop is just right—no head-bumping whatsoever.
